14-Day Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If you are located in the EU/EEA, this is your legal right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items Received something damaged? Contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll make it right — full refund to your original payment method, return shipping on us.

Conditions Items should be returned in original packaging where possible. We reserve the right to reduce the refund if an item shows signs of use beyond what's needed to assess it.

Exclusions Sealed hygiene or health products (e.g. underwear, swimwear, earrings) cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
